Position Overview

Weekend Warrior Personal Support Worker – Bayshore Home Care Solutions, Wellington Region

  • Required availability:
    Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday every week ongoing.
  • Sign on bonus: $500 available post probation.
Responsibilities

The role involves providing personal support and care for clients on a weekend schedule.

Education and Qualifications
  • Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent (evidence required).
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • French proficiency required for positions located within Quebec or where French is a service requirement.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
  • Must provide 2 supervisory references, a clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening, and proof of being negative for TB.
  • Depending on provincial regulations, proof of vaccination against certain illnesses such as COVID‑19, Hepatitis, or seasonal influenza may be required.
