Empower Simcoe seeks a passionate individual to work up to 18.75 hours per week until April 30, 2027, dedicated to securing affordable housing for individuals through a collaborative Housing First model. Your expertise will help foster essential relationships and facilitate workshops that boost landlord engagement within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate recruitment of landlords for housing opportunities

• Collaborate with housing case managers for stabilization plans

• Organize landlord training and information sessions

• Maintain up-to-date landlord registry and property records

• Participate in community committees and data collection

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Business or Social Services

• Minimum 2 years in housing or social service settings

• Familiarity with Housing First principles and regulations

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Must hold a valid Class G driver's license
