Position: Lead as a Resident Advisor
Shape the college experience as a Resident Advisor with Campus Living Centres. This role emphasizes mentorship, community building, and providing crucial student support.

The Resident Advisor position requires you to engage actively with residents while fostering a welcoming community. You'll facilitate programs that promote social connection and academic success, while ensuring students adhere to community living standards. Your leadership will be essential in addressing student concerns and enhancing their overall living experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs monthly

• Maintain safety and enforcement of community living standards

• Serve as an approachable resource for residents

• Collaborate with residence staff and community partners

• Assist in addressing conflicts and emergencies

Requirements:

• Must be a full-time student with a GPA of 65% or higher

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills

• Demonstrated leadership or community involvement

• Up-to-date First Aid & CPR certification required

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in resident matters

Support and influence student success within the residence at Campus Living Centres.
