In this vital position, you will provide critical support under the Bail Program Manager. You will engage directly with clients waiting for court proceedings, conduct interviews, and assist with intakes to assess their suitability.
Your role also requires the creation of case management strategies that help clients achieve their goals and connect them with essential community resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend bail court for client intakes and reporting
• Develop case management plans to monitor progress
• Interview clients at courthouses and detention facilities
• Document case notes and updates diligently
• Facilitate life skills classes and support
Requirements:
• Diploma in social services or related field
• 2 years’ experience in correctional settings
• Knowledge of community resources and the criminal justice system
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
