Your role will involve outreach to employers, coaching clients on workplace expectations, and maintaining comprehensive documentation on placements. By effectively communicating with both job seekers and employers, you will significantly improve employment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage businesses to develop placement opportunities

• Conduct initial job intakes with clients effectively

• Provide ongoing support and job retention coaching

• Maintain accurate client and employer documentation

• Evaluate worksites to ensure safety for clients
Requirements:

• Familiarity with job development or career services

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in virtual meeting and tracking software

• Experience using solution-focused and trauma-informed practices

• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality
