Position: Temporary Bail Supervisor Role
The Salvation Army is seeking a Temporary Bail Supervisor to work in Barrie, focusing on case management for bail clients. This role is pivotal in providing support and monitoring during the bail cycle.

In this position, you will report to the Bail Program Manager and handle client intakes at the courthouse. Your expertise will help clients navigate the judicial process while connecting them with crucial community services. This is an integral role in enhancing client stability and success during the bail period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client intakes and assessments in bail court

• Provide ongoing case management and support services

• Interview clients to ensure program eligibility and needs

• Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions

Requirements:

• Diploma in social services or relevant qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in corrections or justice

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Competency in office software and client documentation

• Pass background screening requirements
