Make a difference as a Personal Support Worker across multiple Ontario locations, including Toronto and Barrie. Support vulnerable seniors with personal care, medication management, and social activities. This role involves providing essential care to older adults. You'll assist with daily physical, cognitive, and social-recreational needs while ensuring safety in various living environments.
Your responsibilities will also include medication administration, incident documentation, and leading engaging activities for clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with diverse physical and mental health needs
- Maintain accurate care documentation for effective support
- Respond to emergencies, ensuring safety and security
- Monitor and coordinate medication administration
- Plan social and recreational activities for client engagement
- Diploma in Human Services or related field (preferred)
- First Aid and CPR training
- Experience with clients facing special needs
- Robust organizational skills for multi-tasking
- Valid Ontario driver's license (preferred)
Support vulnerable adults by utilizing your skills in the diverse settings of Ontario.
