Direct Support Professional

Overview

Permanent part-time (25 hr) including weekdays, evenings and weekends. The Direct Support Professional provides support within the Bradford community. Hourly rate: 25.18–29.46 CAD. Opportunity closing date:
July 31, 2026.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) employees work with people who experience developmental disabilities as they live in their homes and communities. This position assists people in their daily life, working with them and their connections to ensure that they can live fully in the community. Direct Support Professionals recognize people s rights to direct their life, understanding that each person has unique gifts and needs, and they support people to learn skills for their own growth and development.

• 3-6 Months Experience (volunteer or employment)
• Developmental Services Worker, Child and Youth Worker, or post-secondary education in a related field
• G Drivers License
