Addiction Court Case Manager

Position: Addiction Court Support Case Manager Role
Discover a fulfilling part-time role as a Court Support Case Manager with Addiction Services Central Ontario, assisting individuals involved with the criminal justice system. This position will continue until September 2027.

Based in Alliston, you will engage in direct service work that includes assessments, crisis intervention, and providing advocacy for clients facing legal challenges. This role calls for a compassionate individual dedicated to promoting well-being and navigating the complexities of addiction treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client assessments and develop case plans

• Provide intervention and referral to necessary services

• Facilitate psycho-educational groups for diverse audiences

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for client care

• Maintain client documentation and records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in health

• Minimum 2 years in court support or relevant counseling

• Strong knowledge of concurrent disorders and addictions

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in teams
