Position: Service Manager at Simcoe Muskoka Family Connexions
Lead impactful service management at Simcoe Muskoka Family Connexions as a Service Manager starting September 2026. Oversee programs, manage staff, and drive excellence in child welfare services.

This temporary full-time role focuses on managing essential service programs and staff under the guidance of a Senior Service Leader. Your responsibilities will include case management consultation, human resource management, project development, and community liaison activities among others. The role aims to support a diverse community and foster an equitable service delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide case management consultation to case workers

• Manage hiring, training, and performance evaluations

• Develop and implement service plans and budgets

• Liaise with community partners and stakeholders

• Participate in agency management initiatives

Requirements:

• Master/Bachelor of Social Work is preferred

• Minimum of 5+ years in child welfare protection

• Knowledge of equity-centered leadership and management

• Understanding of child welfare policy and legislation

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
