Become a Foster Care Support Contractor with Bridgeway Family Homes, where you will provide essential support to families and youth. Your expertise will enhance the overall development of children in foster care.

This role is designed for motivated professionals wishing to collaborate in a rewarding environment. As a part-time contractor, you will have the flexibility to provide in-person mentorship during evenings and weekends, addressing the unique needs of each family you support. Creativity and collaboration are key components of your approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor children, youth, and young adults in foster care

• Collaborate within a professional team environment

• Implement customized support activities and plans

• Travel for in-home sessions and family support

• Evaluate and document progress in family relationships

Requirements:

• Degree or certificate in relevant social service discipline

• Clear Criminal and Child Welfare Record Checks

• Valid Class “G” Driver’s License needed

• Crisis prevention and de-escalation training required

• First Aid with Infant/Child CPR certification
