Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate initial client intake and screening sessions
• Ensure accurate documentation of client data
• Distribute meal tickets and provide essential supplies
• Respond to crises using de-escalation techniques
• Conduct routine security checks across the facility
Requirements:
• One year of frontline experience in social services
• Post-secondary education in a related field preferred
• Familiarity with case management software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathy towards diverse populations and backgrounds
