Tell us about your education:

I own and operate a yacht charter business and yacht delivery business. I provide crewed and bareboat charters in Georgian Bay and the North Channel (part of Lake Huron). I provide boat handling training on my yachts and on other peoples’ yachts. I also provide through-the-water yacht deliveries for both sail and power boats from the Great Lakes, the North Atlantic Ocean and down to the Caribbean Sea.

I have logged over 90,000 nautical miles of sea service. The variety of the work and challenges are outstanding as no two charters or boat deliveries are the same. For the most part, I enjoy interacting with clients during the sales cycle. I am in the people business!

• I hold a third issue British Maritime Coastguard Agency (MCA) Commercial 200 Ton Offshore License with both Power and Sail Endorsements
