Transportation Service Worker (Part-Time)

The Part-Time Transportation Service Worker (PT-TSW) provides safe, respectful, and reliable transportation to clients while maintaining confidentiality and a high standard of service. The role includes operating and maintaining company vehicles, supporting basic office functions, and assisting with other duties as assigned.

This is a part‑time position requiring availability on evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays

• Provide transportation for clients to medical appointments, errands, and community activities
• Safely assist clients with boarding, exiting, and securing mobility devices
• Operate company vehicles in a safe and professional manner in accordance with organizational policies
• Complete basic vehicle checks, cleaning, and refuelling
• Follow infection control, safety, and PPE protocols
• Complete required documentation and reports
• Support operational and administrative tasks as assigned

• Valid G driver’s licence and clean driving record
• Minimum three (3) years of driving experience in Canada
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check
• Ability to work independently and communicate professionally
• Physical ability to assist clients and handle mobility equipment

• Travel required
• Required to work both indoors and outdoors
• Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and related peripherals
• Weekend work may be required
• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds and push a wheelchair up a ramp
