Position: Transit Operator with Customer Focus

This position involves operating various transit vehicles, ensuring safety and adherence to schedules. You will conduct inspections, address vehicle-related issues with dispatch, and deliver outstanding customer service. The role demands adaptability and a commitment to safety under all conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned routes while ensuring passenger safety

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks

• Maintain communication with central dispatch as needed

• Document daily trip and operational details

• Provide courteous service to all passengers

Requirements:

• Valid B or C Ontario Driver’s License with Z airbrakes

• 3+ years of clean driving experience required

• Strong background in customer service

• Flexibility for varied working hours

• Completion of Vulnerability Sector Screening required
