Logistics Shipper-Receiver Position

Be a key player in Napoleon's logistics team as a Shipper-Receiver in Oro-Medonte. You will efficiently handle shipping and receiving tasks using RF technology.

In this permanent role, you'll manage product flow from shipping to receiving. Significant responsibilities include operating scanners, processing shipments, and performing cycle counts. You will ensure accurate documentation while partnering with team members for optimal inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate hand scanners for effective product handling

• Pack and strap products securely for shipping

• Manage unloading of trucks and confirm inventory counts

• Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and damaged products

• Train new staff on safe shipping processes and operations

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• 1-2 years' experience in a warehouse shipping/receiving role

• Forklift certification and experience with relevant equipment

• Knowledge of shipping documentation and processes

• Basic computer proficiency, including WMS and RF scanners
