Location: Gravenhurst
Job Summary
This is an interview position. The role involves providing courteous and efficient pick‑up and delivery of packages on an assigned route; checking all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service; and providing related customer service functions.

Perform all other duties as assigned.
Operate in a PC Windows environment and complete recurring training.
Adhere to mandatory testing and training thresholds.
Work varying shifts based on business needs.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
High school diploma or educational equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
One year of customer‑oriented business experience (preferred).
Must meet mandatory pre‑placement driver assessment training thresholds.
Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian customs regulations (asset).
Good interpersonal, communication, time management and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a highly pressured environment.
Willingness to be flexible and work different schedules and holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Shift: Tuesday to Saturday / Tuesday to Friday hours 11:00 am to 5:30 pm;
Saturday hours 6:30 am to 2:00 pm. Must have a Full Valid Class G license (G2 not acceptable).
Location:
345 Ecclestone Drive, Bracebridge, ON P1L 1R1.
Pay
$22.60 hourly (start wage may not apply to internal employees).
Additional Requirements
Must be bilingual (French and English) if residing in Quebec.
Drivers must have a valid driver’s license (Class 5, G, or 1[AZ]) and a driving record with no more than two violations or accidents within 24 months.
Assessment will include driver abstract review, interview performance, and driver competency assessment.
