This role requires a proactive approach to picking up and delivering packages, verifying shipment compliance, and engaging with customers. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Federal Express Canada services and the ability to handle physical demands, including managing up to 150 lbs with equipment. You’ll work varying shifts, ensuring the best service while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient pick-up and delivery of packages

• Verify shipments for compliance with service standards

• Provide customer service and support functions

• Complete required training in a Windows PC environment

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Valid driver’s license with good driving record

• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy packages

• One year of customer-oriented experience preferred

• Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations an asset
