This position operates from Monday to Saturday, with varied start times and potential for long shifts based on daily needs. Teamwork is essential as you’ll collaborate with fellow rail associates, ensuring safe and efficient vehicle loading while following strict safety standards. Candidates with solid driving skills in manual vehicles will excel in this hands-on position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load customer vehicles safely onto trains

• Secure vehicles using appropriate methods per manufacturer

• Setup and operate rail car bridge plates

• Inspect vehicles for any damage prior to loading

• Train and guide new and temporary staff
Requirements:

• Completed Grade 12 or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

• Good visual skills and balance

• Compliance with safety protocols required
