• Source and secure carrier capacity for produce shipments

• Build relationships with qualified carriers daily

• Collaborate with Operations to resolve service issues

• Ensure compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in logistics, freight brokerage or related field

• Experience with temperature-controlled freight preferred

• Knowledge of TMS and load boards like DAT

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
