• Deliver exceptional customer service while moving, packing, and unpacking.
• Safely load and unload items with attention to detail.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑move walk‑throughs with customers.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
• Assist with truck inspections and equipment checks.
• Accurately complete paperwork and process payments.

• A positive attitude and commitment to making a difference.
• Physically fit and able to lift 100 lbs+ repeatedly.
• Strong work ethic and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Comfortable with basic math and logical problem solving.
• A valid Canadian Full G Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
