Summary of responsibilities Lead a team of aircraft maintenance engineers (give proper instructions, distribute and balance workload, inspect work performed, reinforce safety standards, comply with company policies and ensure proper discipline of the team).
Ensure timely completion of all maintenance projects as needed.
Perform the paperwork required to order all necessary parts and ensure delivery of parts on time.
Assist in troubleshooting and problem solving, taking a hands-on role as necessary.
Complete all logbook entries, work orders and crew passovers.
Ensure the airworthiness of all aircraft maintained by Skyservice FBO.
Flexible work schedule (day, night, and evening).
Assume all duties of the Coordinator in their absence.
Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications and skills required Valid Transport Canada M2 and/or M1 license.
Knowledge of MCM and paperwork systems.
Ability to supervise a crew of maintenance employees.
Confident team player with demonstrated leadership capability.
Ability to work under pressure and possess excellent organizational skills.
Education Completed Aircraft Engineer College Program.
