Position: Labourer Truck Driver at Township of Springwater
Location: Midhurst

Support road maintenance as a Labourer Truck Driver with the Township of Springwater. This temporary position operates from mid-November 2026 to mid-April 2027, focusing on seasonal civic duties.

You will be responsible for driving trucks and handling equipment necessary for construction and snow removal. Candidates must possess a Class DZ driver's license and have 2-5 years of related experience. The role requires physical labor in diverse weather scenarios and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive trucks equipped with snow maintenance tools

• Operate heavy equipment for loading materials

• Conduct regular maintenance on vehicles and tools

• Maintain detailed timesheets and work logs

• Perform physical labor such as cold patching

Requirements:

• Graduation from Secondary School

• At least two years of related work experience

• Valid and satisfactory Class DZ driver’s license

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations

• Willingness to work flexible hours and standby
