• Supervise import & export department staff effectively

• Quote international agents and handle commercial client requests

• Track shipments and arrange customs clearance as needed

• Coach and mentor team members for professional growth

• Monitor and manage incoming communications within the department

Requirements:

• 10+ years in transportation or freight forwarding

• Expertise in Cargo Wise or Solu Ship is a plus

• Strong knowledge of customs practices for Canada & USA

• Background in Transportation Management Systems (TMS)

• Effective communication skills in various formats
