As a Residential Driver at GFL, your role is pivotal in ensuring waste and recycling collection runs smoothly in your assigned routes. You will operate either a Manual Side-Load or Rear Pack truck, maintaining high standards of service and vehicle safety. Collaborate with team members to optimize route productivity and ensure customer satisfaction across communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Manual Side-Load or Rear Pack recycling truck

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Collect residential waste and recycling according to standards

• Use hydraulic and compaction systems effectively

• Report any mechanical or safety incidents promptly

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario DZ driver's licence with clean record

• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience

• Skills to operate collection vehicles safely

• Reliable attendance and flexibility for varied shifts

• Ability to meet safety-sensitive position standards
