This role involves driving snowplows and ensuring highways are maintained during winter. With a focus on safety and performance, you will conduct pre-trip inspections and document your operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate spreader and snowplow units safely

• Maintain operation records and perform inspections

• Use light and heavy equipment for snow removal

• Communicate with supervisors about highway conditions

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment as needed

Requirements:

• Valid AZ or DZ driver’s license with clean CVOR

• Highway maintenance experience is an asset

• Strong commitment to safety practices

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions

• Physical capability to lift 50 lbs and manage tasks
