Join Fed Ex Canada as a CAN Driver and ensure the timely pick-up and delivery of packages. Represent the company professionally while providing excellent customer service on your assigned route.
This position requires a valid driver's license and strong customer service skills. As a CAN Driver, you'll engage in package inspections, route planning, and direct customer interactions while adhering to Federal Express standards. The successful candidate will be organized and capable of lifting heavy packages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide courteous pick-up and delivery of packages
• Inspect shipments for compliance with service standards
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in service representation
• Operate tracking and dispatch systems accurately
• Seek additional business opportunities from current customers
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class G driver’s license with a clean record
• Experience in customer-oriented roles preferred
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and maneuver larger packages
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
