Key Responsibilities:
• Manage train movements through active yard supervision
• Enforce compliance with operational plans and safety rules
• Promote safety culture among the operational team
• Operate trains while upholding necessary certifications
• Coordinate crew transport between trains
Requirements:
• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma
• Previous experience as a conductor or engineer is beneficial
• Valid driving license required
• Open to all shift schedules, including weekends
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
