Drive morning and afternoon student routes in Dundalk, Ontario, using safe transportation practices and clear communication. No prior experience is necessary; training is provided.
First Student seeks part time School Bus Drivers to transport students safely between home, school, and activities. You will supervise boarding, assist with seatbelts and mobility aids, and maintain order onboard. The work includes inspections, reporting issues, and communication with families, schools, and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:- Transport students safely to and from school
- Supervise boarding and unloading at designated stops
- Assist students with seatbelts and mobility aids
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Communicate delays and behavior concerns to relevant contacts
- Be at least 21 years old
- Hold a full G driver's license for one year
- Seek a part time schedule with summers off
- Enjoy working with students
- Complete expert training and guidance provided by First Student
Support Dundalk students and families as a trained First Student driver focused on safety, communication, and dependable routes.
