Package Handler Trainer

Train package handlers in Barrie while loading, unloading, scanning, and sorting freight at Fed Ex Canada. This part time position runs early morning shifts.
The Package Handler Trainer supports safe, efficient package movement within and between facilities. You will train Package Handlers on loading, unloading, palletizing, and scanning techniques. The work also includes transporting freight within and between facilities, with attention to Fed Ex Canada operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload freight within the facility
Scan and sort freight through the operation
Transport freight between facilities
Train Package Handlers on loading techniques
Teach safe palletizing and scanning techniques
Requirements:
Six months Package Handler experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to lift 70 pounds
Full valid G license and good driving record
Use freight handling, training, and scanning skills to support safe package movement at Fed Ex Canada in Barrie.
