As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will manage day-to-day operations, including supervising inventory transactions and issuing work orders. Your expertise will ensure the timely follow-up on deliveries and returns, while your organizational skills enhance overall team effectiveness. Proficiency in ERP Dynamics AX is essential for streamlining operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Validate purchase orders and enter receipts into the system
• Supervise shipping, returns, and receiving legal documentation
• Organize and direct warehouse operations effectively
• Ensure all shipments are loaded accurately onto trucks
• Maintain health and safety standards in the warehouse
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2-4 years in administrative support
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and data manipulation
• Ability to lift up to 100lbs
• Forklift certification is a plus
