We are actively seeking a dedicated Cycle Count Team Lead to join our fully on-site Canadian operation. Partnering closely with the Inventory and Logistics department, the Cycle Count Team Lead will expertly prepare and maintain a comprehensive cycle count schedule. Responsibilities:

Direct and lead a dedicated team of cycle counters to flawlessly execute the facility's cycle count program.

Generate and print essential cycle count documentation directly from the ERP system in strict alignment with the established schedule.

Coordinate all daily cycle count activities, effectively assigning specific counting tasks to Cycle Count Team Members.

Thoroughly review completed count sheets to ensure absolute accuracy and completeness before processing any inventory adjustments.

Accurately enter cycle count results into the ERP system and post authorized inventory adjustments in full compliance with company operational procedures.

Effectively communicate all cycle count results, inventory variances, and ongoing accuracy trends to Warehouse Team Leads and Warehouse Supervisors.

Execute required recounts, targeted audits, and comprehensive transaction reviews to strictly validate all on-site inventory records.

Maintain highly accurate, detailed documentation regarding inventory variances, root-cause investigations, and implemented corrective actions.

Promptly escalate any significant inventory discrepancies, control failures, or operational compliance concerns to senior management.

Deliver consistent, regular reporting detailing cycle count completion rates and overall program metrics.

Working Conditions:

Capability to stand and walk for extended durations throughout the on-site workday.

Physical ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

Readiness to work entirely on-site within a warehouse environment that features fluctuating temperatures and dynamic conditions.

Availability to work overtime hours as required by operational demands.
