Purpose:
** The General Labourer assists the warehouse team with the preparation, loading, and unloading of building materials for delivery.
*
* Key Responsibilities:
*** Assist with the preparation of trucks for loading.
* Ensure load security and accuracy.
* Maintain the general appearance and housekeeping of work areas. Follow all regulations, company policies, and procedures.
* Assist other warehouse staff as required.
* Other duties as assigned by management.
* Basic Qualifications
* Effective written and oral communication skills.
* Basic hand tool skills.
*
* Physical Requirements:
*** Ability to lift and carry up to 100lbs.
* Frequently climbing up and down stairs and onto trucks and material. Pulling, pushing, bending and torso twisting movements with weight.
The (range of) compensation for this position is $20.77 to $24.09
