Your expertise will aid the Service Department in parts availability, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in locating required parts promptly

• Prepare and process accurate parts quotes and orders

• Unload, receive, and organize storage of parts

• Maintain thorough documentation of inventory and shipping

• Operate parts and warehousing equipment effectively

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills in person and on the phone

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Flexible schedule for shifts and weekends

• Foundation of parts and warehousing knowledge

• Previous parts industry experience is an asset
