As a Registered Nurse in our behavioral health unit, you will play a vital role in coordinating and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. You will work closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary healthcare team to assess patient needs, develop comprehensive care plans, and provide compassionate support to patients navigating behavioral and mental health challenges.

Key responsibilities and expectations for this role include:
* Coordinate and deliver individualized, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with professional standards and hospital policies.
* Assess patient physical and behavioral health conditions, monitor vital signs, and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
* Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients, visitors, and staff members.
* Communicate effectively with physicians, therapists, family members, and other members of the healthcare team regarding patient progress and care plans.
* Document all patient care accurately and promptly in the electronic health record system.
* Participate in team huddles, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing professional development activities.

Schedule details for this full-time opportunity:
* Full Time Days
* 36 hours per week
* Shift times: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
* Work rotation:
Every other weekend and rotating holidays required

Compensation details:
* Annual Salary: $44,202 / year
