Your new company
You will be working for a well-established construction contractor on a live project in Barrow. The company has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects and maintains a clear focus on health & safety, professionalism, and high site standards.

Your new role
As a Gateman / Traffic Marshal, you will play a key role in maintaining site safety and controlling access. Your duties will include managing deliveries, directing vehicle movements, and ensuring safe entry and exit from site. You will also support basic traffic management, including setting up barriers and assisting with road closures when required, particularly in emergency situations.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will hold a valid CSCS card and a recognised Traffic Marshal / Banksman qualification.
A CSCS A73 qualification is highly desirable, although candidates with standard banksman training will be considered.
You must have an in-date Safety Critical Medical and be comfortable working in a public-facing environment.
Previous site experience in a similar role is essential, along with a professional and proactive attitude.
A Lantra card would be beneficial due to potential road-related duties.

What you'll get in return
