An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a growing regional house builder, taking full responsibility for the successful delivery of a prestigious residential development in Cumbria. This is a key leadership role, ideal for an accomplished site management professional with a proven track record of delivering high-quality residential developments safely, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all on-site operations from initial groundworks through to final customer handover.
Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery.
Deliver residential developments safely, on programme and within budget.
Monitor quality, productivity and site performance, ensuring the highest construction standards are maintained.
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, Building Regulations and NHBC or equivalent warranty requirements.
Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics and daily site activities.
Work closely with Commercial, Technical, Sales and Customer Care teams throughout the build programme.
Manage inspections with Building Control, NHBC and other warranty providers.
