Work is seeking a Lead Trainer to deliver the Future Choices personal development programme for adults with SEND. You’ll lead, motivate learners and colleagues, and create meaningful opportunities for growth through practical, inclusive, person-centred learning.
This permanent role is based in Westmorland and Furness, 35 hours per week, with a salary of £27,063.40 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package.
