Job Title:

Facilities Improvement Lead

Location:

Salary:  Circa £50,000 depending on experience

What you’ll be doing :

Delivering the Site Engineering Transformation programme &  managing  the schedule

Developing and executing strategic plans to enhance engineering processes, tools, and methodologies

Driving standardisation and optimisation of infrastructure engineering practices across departments

Establishing performance metrics,  KPIs , and reporting frameworks to track progress and impact of  initiatives

Supporting in leading  a small team of engineers

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

Proven  experience in driving improvement and operational excellence, with  expertise  in Lean/Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred) or other improvement methodologies

Ability to develop and maintain  complex  Excel models, dashboards, and automated reporting from multiple data sources, leveraging advanced formulas and functions, with high‑level  analytical  and problem‑solving skills

Desirable:

Recognised higher qualification in a STEM subject (or equivalent through experience), coupled with demonstrable line  management  capability

Eligibility for or attainment of Incorporated Engineer (IEng) status with clear route to attaining Chartered Engineer (CEng) status

ISO 9001, 14001 or 45001  Lead  Auditor Qualified
