Electrical Inspector

Our client in the Defence/nuclear sector is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Inspector to join their team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to critical projects in a highly respected industry.

• Conducting thorough inspections of electrical systems and equipment
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Identifying and reporting any defects or deficiencies in electrical installations
• Maintaining detailed records of inspections and findings
• Collaborating with engineering teams to address any issues identified during inspections
• Providing recommendations for corrective actions if needed
• Staying updated with the latest industry standards and technologies
• Adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols

• Experience in electrical inspection, ideally within defence or civil nuclear
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and relevant inspection techniques
• Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work
• Ability to identify and assess potential safety hazards
• Excellent record-keeping skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field
