Supporting a male client with mobility, community access and social activities Assisting with rehabilitation goals and therapy programmes set by physiotherapists Prompting and assisting with personal care and daily living tasks Administering medication Encouraging engagement in local activities such as Headway, Bingo, Warm Hub and family visits Working in the clients home and out in the local Barrow community What were looking for in a Rehabilitation Support Worker Previous experience in a support worker role NVQ / Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent experience) Full UK driving licence essential This role would suit someone who knows the local area, enjoys finding new activities and takes pride in delivering care with dignity, compassion and integrity.
