We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Aruba Wi‑Fi Engineer with extensive experience in Clear Pass to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of wireless networking technologies, particularly with Aruba Networks solutions, and have a proven track record of at least 10 years in a similar role. A university degree in a relevant field is required to ensure comprehensive knowledge and expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex wireless networks.

• Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of Aruba Wi‑Fi solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Network Optimization: Continuously optimize existing wireless networks for performance and efficiency.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert‑level support for escalated network issues, including root cause analysis and resolution.
• Integration with Clear Pass: Deploy and integrate Aruba Clear Pass for network access control, policy enforcement, and guest access management.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive network documentation and prepare regular reports on network performance and security posture.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications: Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP) or higher certification is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing, deploying, and managing Aruba wireless networks, with specific expertise in Clear Pass.

• In‑depth knowledge of Aruba wireless controllers, access points, and Clear Pass policy manager.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and security standards (e.g., TCP/IP, VLANs, 802.1X, RADIUS).
• Experience with Visual RF Ekahau survey and post‑deployment surveys.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
• LAN/WAN skills equivalent to CCNA level.
• Knowledge of Palo Alto and Checkpoint firewalls (preferred).
• Network Access Control (NAC) expertise (desirable).
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing network issues.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for on‑site deployments and client engagements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Currently possess active SC clearance (Mandatory).
