Job Title: Quality Lead – Assurance

Location: Barrow-in-Furness- onsite

Salary: £47,271+, dependant on experience

• Develop and sustain robust systems of work within and out with the immediate team
• Lead a team of SMEs in the delivery of a scope of work aligned to functional and business goals embodied in major projects
• Act as a Direct Line manager to provide performance management, workload prioritisation and people development
• Support the Quality Executive community with brief outs on key and critical work streams
• Ensure alignment and fulfilment of goals are embodied in key projects via a robust governance mechanism

• Previous continuous improvement background in Manufacturing
• Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) and other improvement toolsets.
• Previous experience delivering projects; demonstrable ability to plan, coordinate, and execute project objectives and drive positive outcomes
