About the role

Shift Pattern:
Varies from day to day but are planned in advance. Availability window shows hours on Sunday to Saturday (all times in 24-hour format). The role includes leading from the store floor, maximising sales, presentation, safety, and compliance, and ensuring colleagues are in the right place at the right time.

Responsibilities

• Becoming a manager in a Tesco Store, taking a driving role in serving Britain's shoppers a little better every day.
• Grow your own team by spotting talent and giving feedback and support to help colleagues be their best.
• Maximise sales, impact and presentation for your department while ensuring safety and compliance and effective scheduling.
• Lead from the front, on the store floor with colleagues and customers.

You will need
