Location: Barrow-upon-Humber
Pulse Nursing at Home is seeking a Registered Paediatric Nurse to join our Complex Care team in Barrow-upon-Humber, delivering in-home care to children and young people with complex medical needs.
You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in collaboration with families, carers, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care role includes managing medications, personal care, and clinical interventions within the family setting.
