Your new role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to join a busy and supportive organisation on a full-time, office-based basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional administrator who enjoys a varied role and takes pride in providing high-quality support across the business.

Working as part of the administration team, you will provide day-to-day office support while assisting senior leaders with a range of administrative duties.

This is a fast-paced and varied position where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to the Chief Officer, Senior Managers and wider administration team
  • Managing reception enquiries and welcoming visitors
  • Answering and directing telephone calls, ensuring enquiries are dealt with efficiently
  • Signposting visitors and callers to the appropriate departments or contacts
  • Opening, date-stamping and distributing incoming post
  • Franking and processing outgoing mail
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office
  • Assisting with general administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as required
What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous administration or office support experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • A professional and friendly approach to customer service
  • The ability to prioritise workload and work independently
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
