Account Manager – Printed Packaging
Our World Class Client specialises in the supply of high quality print services to the Retail Sector.
This role involves maintaining existing customer relationships and ensuring consistent high level of service across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Develop defined sectors and accounts, annualise contracts where possible and ensure orders are covered with purchase orders.
- Maintain and grow margins through negotiating pricing with customers and competitive costs from suppliers.
- Manage existing customer relationships with regular reviews, identify product demand.
- Relay customer forecasts to planning team weekly/monthly as appropriate.
- Sign off artwork redesigns.
- Strong customer relationship building skills.
- Numerate, able to read P&L and understand margins.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Experience managing accounts in the retail and/or food sector.
