* The role:

** As a Project Management Analyst, you will help drive our goals by:
* Supporting the planning and delivery of corporate real estate projects and transformation initiatives
* Managing project timelines, risks, budgets and governance documentation to ensure delivery to plan
* Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to maintain alignment and clear communication across projects
* Producing high-quality reporting, insights and materials to support stage-gate reviews and decision making
* Analysing workplace and occupancy data to provide insight into performance, trends and optimisation opportunities
* Maintaining accurate project and property data, improving data processes and ensuring reporting integrity
** Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
*** Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, APMQ, PMP) or equivalent experience
* Proven experience supporting or delivering projects in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and outputs
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Share Point
* Experience working with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Power Apps
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across multiple organisational levels
