Fire Remediation Supervisor

Working on behalf of our client based on a site in Barry. We are currently recruiting for Site Supervisors with Fire Remediation experience.

The project includes fire safety remediation works such as compartmentation, fire stopping, cladding remediation, and associated upgrades within occupied and non-occupied buildings.

• Supervising day-to-day site operations and fire remediation works
• Managing operatives and subcontractors on site
• Overseeing fire stopping, compartmentation, and associated remedial works
• Ensuring health & safety standards are met and maintained at all times
• Assisting with site coordination alongside the Site Manager and Contracts Manager
• Monitoring quality of workmanship and reporting any issues
• Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and specifications
• Supporting toolbox talks and site inductions
• Assisting with RAMS implementation and site documentation

• Proven experience as a Supervisor on fire remediation or fire safety projects
• CSCS Gold or Black Card (Supervisor/Manager level)
• First Aid at Work
• Strong trade background (e.g. carpentry, drylining, fire stopping, brickwork, etc.)
• Ability to supervise trades and maintain site standards
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence
  
  Experience working on high-rise or occupied buildings
• Knowledge of current fire safety regulations and remediation standards
• Experience liaising with clients and residents

• Up to £260 per Day DOE
• Working hours:
  
  Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
