Overview

The Building Services Manager's role with one of the UK's major main contractors. They have established themselves as one of the leading main contractors in the commercial, residential, public and interiors sectors. They work on a diverse range of both new build and refurbishment schemes ranging in value from £500k - £50 million. The current position is for an experienced Building Services Manager to join their interiors and refurbishment division working on schemes from £500k - £10 million.

Responsibilities

Take projects from pre-construction (RIBA stage
3) through delivery to handover and be responsible for managing all the MEP aspects of projects.

Qualifications

A recognised building services qualification is required.
Experience of working for a top 100 main contractor with experience of commercial or retail fit out projects.
Experience of taking projects from pre-construction (RIBA stage
3) through delivery to handover and managing all MEP aspects.
Experience of fit out and interiors projects in the £1m-£10m range is desirable.
Experience of MOJ or retail banking would also be desirable but not essential.
